Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DIGIZIVO website, customer account, catalog, wallet, orders, and related features. By browsing or using DIGIZIVO, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or place a DIGIZIVO order. Related pages include the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy.
DIGIZIVO services
DIGIZIVO is a single-vendor digital marketplace. We sell DIGIZIVO-owned Digital Accounts, Digital Products, and Custom Digital Services. Supporting features include account sign-in, catalog browsing, prepaid wallet funding, direct orders, and digital delivery in the customer account.
Global Finds is a separate discovery area. It is not a DIGIZIVO checkout and is described later in these Terms.
User accounts
Some features require a registered account. You should provide accurate details, keep your password private, and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your account unless you have told DIGIZIVO that it was used without permission.
DIGIZIVO may offer email-and-password registration and Continue with Google. Email verification and password reset are part of account security. DIGIZIVO does not currently require identity-document verification to create an account.
Marketplace purchases
DIGIZIVO uses direct orders. You select a product, confirm the order, and pay by debiting your prepaid DIGIZIVO wallet. There is no cart and no multi-item checkout.
Prices shown at checkout are fulfilled from DIGIZIVO’s catalog record. A successful purchase creates an order with an order number you can review after sign-in.
Wallet and payments
Each customer has one prepaid wallet. The wallet funds DIGIZIVO orders. Payment methods offered in the account are used to add funds; they are not charged against an individual order at checkout.
A wallet balance is an internal marketplace credit. It is not a bank deposit, stored-value card, or cash equivalent that can be withdrawn. DIGIZIVO does not offer customer withdrawals or transfers to other users.
Digital Accounts
Digital Accounts are marketplace items delivered through your signed-in account after a paid order. Treat delivered access details as confidential. DIGIZIVO’s listing and order page describe what is included; they do not transfer ownership of third-party brands or platforms.
Digital Products
Digital Products and Custom Digital Services are delivered through the related order as a note, reference, and/or link when fulfilment is complete. Use those materials as described on the order. Sharing or publishing delivered files or links may prevent later support.
Delivery
Digital delivery is described in the Delivery Policy. In summary, paid DIGIZIVO orders are fulfilled into your customer account. Delivery timing depends on the product and order status.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed as described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited to the DIGIZIVO wallet. These Terms do not create a separate refund promise.
Global Finds
Global Finds presents products from external marketplaces. It is a discovery feature. DIGIZIVO does not process those purchases through its checkout, wallet, orders, or delivery.
When you select View Deal, you leave DIGIZIVO. The external merchant’s terms, privacy practices, payment, shipping or digital fulfilment, and refund rules apply to that transaction.
Acceptable use
You may not use DIGIZIVO to:
- Commit fraud or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the website, API, or other customers’ accounts
- Misuse delivered credentials, files, or order materials
- Submit false funding or order information
- Use the service for abusive or malicious activity
Intellectual property
DIGIZIVO owns the marketplace interface, original copy, and DIGIZIVO branding on this website. Product names, logos, and platform marks shown in listings may belong to their respective owners. DIGIZIVO does not claim ownership of those third-party brands.
Third-party services
DIGIZIVO may rely on hosting, email delivery, sign-in with Google, and payment or transfer services you choose for wallet funding. Global Finds links to external merchants. Those parties operate under their own terms. DIGIZIVO is not responsible for content or practices on sites you visit after leaving DIGIZIVO.
Availability and changes
DIGIZIVO may update catalog items, features, funding methods, and these Terms as the marketplace evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned or unplanned downtime can occur.
Account restriction
DIGIZIVO may limit or close an account when needed to protect the marketplace, other customers, or the integrity of orders and wallet records. Examples include fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access. These Terms do not describe a fixed appeals process.
Disclaimer
DIGIZIVO provides the marketplace and related features on a commercially reasonable basis. Digital items depend on third-party platforms and on correct use of delivered materials. DIGIZIVO does not claim that every product will remain available on an external platform forever.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. For delivery issues, start with the order record and the Refund Policy.
Changes to these Terms
DIGIZIVO may update these Terms when services or policies change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current revision. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to that later use.
